How do AI Agents access my Klaviyo data?

AI Agents use read-only API access to your Klaviyo account. We never make changes, send emails, or modify your settings without explicit permission through the Grid & Pixel Shopify app.

How long does an AI Agent take to run?

Most agents complete in 60-180 seconds, depending on your account size and the complexity of the analysis. You'll see real-time progress as the agent works.

Can I run multiple agents at once?

Yes! You can run multiple agents simultaneously. Each agent operates independently and will complete at its own pace.

What happens after I disconnect Klaviyo?

When you disconnect, we immediately revoke API access. Your historical agent run data remains available in Activity, but you won't be able to run new agents until you reconnect.
